Two suspects arrested for allegedly buying G-3 ammunitions and Indian herbs.

 Ghana Police are doing extremely well in protecting the lives and peace of its citizens. 

The Ghana Police service, according to their law, any Ghanaian citizen above the age of 18years, mentally strong, physically fit, and of a sound mind can apply for a firearm for use either for hunting, gaming, or to protect himself from armed robbers. Which means your gun will be licensed in your name using your IDs. For easy tracking should anything happen?

On 22nd, of March 2021, police at Worawora, in the Oti Region of Ghana have arrested two suspects for allegedly buying G-3 ammunitions and possessions of wraps of dried leaves suspects to be Indian herbs at Kwamekrom Abdulkordzi a suburb of Woarawora.

The suspects, Godwin Koodo Agbevitor (landlord) and Samuel Agbesi aka Adah Emma were arrested at Kwamekrom Abdulkordzi during a public police inspection in the area. 16 wraps of dried leaves suspected to be Indian herbs and 118 G-3 ammunitions have been retrieved from the suspects respectively. 

The two suspects are currently in police custody at Jasikan and are to appear before the Jasikan circuit Court for interrogations.

The Oti Regional police are encouraging all and sundry to cooperate with them to bring to book anybody involved in criminal activities in the country.
