The MP who is noted for asking critical questions has made it clear, that "respectfully do take note that my resignation is with immediate effect and therefore I shall not be available for the vetting of the nominees of deputy Ministerial positions".

It is understood that the Speaker Mr. Alan Bagbin Kingsford will be in a meeting with the MP for a second thought.

A beautiful young girl by the name of Naina Ekua Yaaba Duncan is reportedly missing, According to the post she left the house around 3 pm and since then hasn't returned.

She's 8years old, dark in complexion, and slim in stature, and a student of "Onua Francis international" school at Budumburam, at Kasoa in the greater Region of Ghana.

The National DemocratiParty (NDC), released a statement that they have fired Mr. Allotey Jacobs the NDC Central Regional chairman. According to the party he was incapacitated, his loyalty to the party cannot be explained after raining insults on them. Ghanaians express their opinions on the sacking of Mr. Allotey Jacobs.

"The disrespect from Allotey Jacobs after his sack alone must propel leadership of the GREAT NDC to issue Anyidoho's sack.

These recent dramas attracting media attention are orchestrations by some of these suspended backstabbers, observing from the fence"

Allotey Jacobs used NDC’s campaign money for the central region to build hotels and fuel stations but he is now misbehaving"

"Allotey on records has said he has left the NDC party after benefiting much but the NDC party has expelled him"

“We the youth of the central region are happy for the sacking of the black sheep in NDC"

the President of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, delivered the state of the nation's address (SONA). He talked about various projects in the various sector of the economy including laptops for teachers, water projects in some communities, linking all other state identification numbers to the Ghana card, improving revenue generation, and many more.

My concern is about the health sector and hence here are the projects the President announced to be undertaken in the health sector including the steps taken to ensure that the covid 19 infection is a thing of the past.

To begin with, the government promised to undertake 33 projects which were approved last year. According to the President, some of these projects are the construction of Tema general hospital, a nephrology and urology center at Korle-Bu, redevelopment of the Effia Nkwanta Hospital into a Teaching Hospital, and the construction of new Regional Hospitals at Agona Nkwanta and Koforidua.

The health sector will see another breakthrough as electronic medical systems which are being used in some teaching hospitals and some districts hospitals in the Central region will be expanded to other hospitals in other regions.

With regards to the Covid pandemic, the President has stated that by the close of June 2021, 17,600,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines will be received. He also said that more of the covid 19 vaccines will be procured later to meet the goal of having about 20,000,000 people inoculated against the coronavirus. This means that the coronavirus infection will be a thing of the past.

Frontline healthcare workers are still in the government's plan as they still receive tax waivers and covid 19 allowances.

He is studying Graphic Design at the Takoradi Technical University. He has designed a water cycle to help Ghanaian children living in villages throughout the Volta region.

We Would love to see the Ghanian government contact this young man to manufacture these and make them a regular water taxi/bus service for children to get to school.

This is indeed superb and a good thing to write about in our continent. But asides from that this is an industrious invention that will bring a lot of money to us. But who will invest in the mass production of this to different local areas of African?

Aside from the government, if you have an NGO kindly extend a helping hand to Frank Darko. The invention is key to reducing the unemployment rate in this century.

In this century, invention is key, your ability to think and great is Paramount as it helps solve people's problems around the world.

John Glakpe, a 16years old Voltarian who manufactures his car from scratch. His current schooling at "Ave Dakpa" Junior High school a suburb of Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana.

Glakpe John said "I want to be the biggest thing, that will happen to Ghana, I desire to set up a company that will solve unemployment problems in the country"

Glakpe John is in his final year, aside from inventing cars, John manufactures mini-robots, headstand toy cars from dumped materials.

His next invention is to build a rocket using water, a history in the making.

The government, NGO's and well to do individuals are welcomed to help this young boy achieve his dream of becoming an engineer in the future. Together we stand and make Ghana great again.

President of Nigeria, Mr. Mahammadu Buhari is in the news for leaving the UK, for a medical checkup. The citizens are concerned, as to how he, and his administration decides this, despite the big and fully furnished medical check-ups in the country.

"I feel ashamed to say that if an honest referendum is done in Nigeria, the majority of Nigerians may vote for Nigeria to be recolonized, rather than continue with @MBuhari’s government. If Canada opens her doors to Nigeria, Nigeria will be emptied of her youth in hours"!.

"Resident doctors going on strike next tomorrow Thursday. The President of Nigeria is unconcerned about it or unaware even flying to the U.K for his own medical needs not caring about the strike... Let Nigerians fend for their own medical needs. All man for himself".

"Some Nigerians praise Tinubu for being a political strategist but, since 1999, his strategies have only helped his empire while giving the rest of us Buhari. What good is his being a strategist if his strategies are no good for us"?.

Africans are capable of doing anything, but our problem is insufficient  fund or capital to kick-start our ideas.

In this 21st century everything, one way, or the other is linked to the internet. We order shoes, phones, and bags just to mention a few and within a sec it's at our doorstep, a global village indeed.

26-year-old South African student, Lesley Ncube has established his smartphone brand. It all started as a dream, according to him when he was 14years of age, he realized he's got a passion for technology and sports.

As a footballer things weren't going well for him, he later read about Bill Gates and how he started Microsoft word at a very tender age. This story according to him boosts his confidence to launch his smartphone brand in South Africa.

He started building his Shumi smartphones in 2014. His software and computer hardware company is named "Thatha" "Thatha" is a "Zulu" word that means "take"

"I work on all our products from the onset, including the software. This is also the reason why we decided on our domain (dot) so that South Africans and Africans will know that it was a local product and locally made", he narrated.

He urged other young Africa businessmen to chase their dreams and become a success in their field of endeavor.

Love indeed

Love indeed is a beautiful thing, believe it or not, people fall in love due to many reasons, some fall in love because of money, beauty/ handsome, safety, assurance just to mention a few.

Remember, love is patient, kind, accurate, and above all, it's all about trust.

We are not under any obligation to question anybody's choice, relating to the relationship. Black or white, pink or brown, it's all about the inward feeling of the heart.

A guy by the name "Tuckie" on Twitter, posted a picture of a young lady with a man, old enough to be her grandfather with the caption "Love is a beautiful thing".

This post has received a lot of comments from people expressing what they believe is the reason for their union.

Below are some comments

"And getting that money after " love " dies is even more  BEAUTIFUL !!!"

"hang in there sister, you will be sorted soon, just keep an eye on those ID's, etc"

Looking at the picture, what do you think is the reason for this union.

Adenta, Madina road was one of the major causes of accident in 2019, with protest, and demonstrations from the people of Adenta, the then government in 2020 constructed a two footbridge on the Adenta, Madina highway to curb accident on the road. But the people refuse to use use the footbridge, using how long it takes to get to the roadside as complaint.

Yesterday, city guards of the La Nkwantan Municipal descended heavily on commuters who crossed the street without using the footbridges in Madina, Adenta.

They used corporal punishment such as caning and kneeling down as a means of disciplining them.

But I believe the use of fines would have been appropriate since MMDAs are always complaining of insufficient funds to run their affairs in the country.

Below are some reactions from Ghanaians

"We are in the 21st century the use of cane and knelling down as a form of punishment is a an old age approach. We need to adopt a method were by indiscipline citizens will be allowed to weed and clear the gutters as a form of punishment."

"Some of our people are just stubborn, my goodness. There's nothing inhumane about the way they've been treated, If you find it inhumane, just use the bridge"

Ghanaians need Education on certain things if we will one day grow as a country.

The 2020 general elections to elect the president and members of parliament has ended, but has met up with a massive court action.

It is no doubt that the 2020 elections` officials have been awaiting the payment for their services for sometime now. Good news have reached their doorsteps as attempts are being made in favour of their hope.

On the 26th of March 2021, a memorandum was presented by the Deputy Chairman, Corporate Services to the Regional Directors and a copy to Deputy Chairman, Operations District Officers on the Payment of 2020 Elections` Officials.

The memorandum has stated that preparations are ongoing on the payment of the 2020 Elections` Officials. They are however, facing challenges with incorrect bank details and names that they have noticed that there is the need for them to be corrected. The Commission is falling on Regional Directors and District Officers to help correct the mistakes. They explained that the payment of officials will be made as soon as the anomalies are rectified.

We believe this is good news to the officials and their families as attempts are being made towards the payment of their hard labour.
